At Levelz Apparel, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with all tags and packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Items bought using a discounted code

Worn or damaged products not due to manufacturing defects

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product and are still in original packaging.

If you need an exchange, contact us at levelzgripsocks@gmail.com before sending the item back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
